1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the basis on which Heronest ("we", "us", "our") makes its website and programmes available to you. By using our website at heronest.live or by enrolling in any of our programmes, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. What Heronest Provides

Heronest offers general education and record-organisation support in the area of estate and inheritance matters. Our programmes and materials are designed to help individuals and families:

• Bring personal and household records into a single, well-organised place
• Understand, in general terms, how estate and inheritance processes work in Thailand
• Prepare as a family to discuss wishes calmly and to engage qualified specialists with greater confidence

All content — including kits, workshops, and facilitated sessions — is educational and organisational in nature. Heronest does not draft documents, provide valuations, give legal or financial advice, or represent any individual or family in any official capacity. Nothing we provide constitutes a professional service of a regulated kind.

3. Not Professional Advice

The content and materials provided by Heronest are for general information and personal organisation purposes only. They should not be relied upon as legal, financial, taxation, or other professional advice. Every person's circumstances are different, and we strongly encourage participants to consult qualified specialists — such as Thai lawyers, notaries, or licensed financial advisers — for matters specific to their situation.

If any content on our site or in our materials appears to conflict with advice you have received from a qualified professional, please follow the professional's guidance.

4. Our Programmes

We currently offer three programmes:

• Everything-in-One-Place Kit (฿3,800) — a self-guided record-organisation kit and short walkthrough, delivered digitally
• Process Awareness Workshop (฿6,500) — a half-day educational session explaining estate and inheritance processes in plain terms, Thailand context
• Family Readiness Programme (฿10,500) — two to three facilitated sessions for up to four family members, focused on organisation and open conversation

Descriptions, formats, and prices may change. The price confirmed at the time of your enrolment is the price that applies to your booking.

5. Enrolment and Payment

To enrol, please contact us via the enquiry form on our website or by telephone. We will confirm availability and provide payment details. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full and a written confirmation has been sent to you.

Payments are made in Thai Baht (THB). We will provide details of accepted payment methods at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change. The following applies to cancellations and rescheduling requests:

• More than 7 days before the session: full refund or rescheduling at no charge
• 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund, or rescheduling with a rescheduling fee of ฿500
• Less than 3 days before the session: no refund; rescheduling considered at our discretion
• Digital kits: once a digital kit has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative date, at your choice.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Heronest — including worksheets, guides, session notes, and website content — are our intellectual property or that of our content partners. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them with others without our written permission.

8. Your Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our programmes, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking
• Engage respectfully with our staff and, in group sessions, with other participants
• Use our materials only for your own personal organisation and education
• Not share session recordings, materials, or notes commercially or publicly

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Heronest's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made based on information shared in our sessions.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free from errors or that it reflects the most current legal or procedural position. Please verify important information with the relevant official sources or qualified professionals.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in a way that could damage or impair its operation. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website for any user who does not comply with these Terms.

Our website may link to external websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those sites.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Please read the Privacy Policy before submitting any personal information to us.
